About this Course
Hot Stone Reflexology
Hot Stone Reflexology builds on your existing knowledge of Reflexology, incorporating heated stones into the treatment. Hot stones can be used to ‘open’ and ‘close’ your Reflexology treatment, or as a complete standalone treatment. Large stones are used to warm and massage the feet and legs, whilst small stones work reflex points and more specific areas. Cool stones may also be used for muscular injuries or inflammation such as varicose veins.
An extremely relaxing treatment for both client and therapist, the heat and pressure of the stones work hard to save your fingers and thumbs
