Reflexology Refresher
This course taught by Kate Mulliss is designed to help qualified reflexologists who have either not practiced their skill or have had little practice, refresh their knowledge and gain confidence.

Syllabus
This day has been designed for qualified reflexologists who have either not practised their skill or have had little practise.
The aim of the workshop is to reawaken your skills and build your confidence so that you can offer this lovely treatment to clients. Start practising again!
For the time being we are continuing to wear face masks on all courses
Course Delivery:
Practical Teaching – will be 9.30am to 3pm
The pre-recorded theory lesson will be sent out approx 1 week prior to the course date to watch along with course notes to read & an assessment to complete
5 CPD Points
We will cover:
- Revision of the reflexes of the feet and tricks to help you find difficult ones
- Warm up and cool down routine
- Leverage, hooking in, and linking techniques
- Looking at common ailments and which areas would be most beneficial to treat
- How to market your skills
- Lots of practical and one-to-one help

Kate Mulliss has been a complementary therapist for over 20 years; her main areas of interest are reflexology, massage and aromatherapy. She previously worked as part of a therapy team in natural health, osteopathic and naturopathic medicine clinics. She has a special interest in using reflexology to support clients diagnosed with sub-fertility and also works with maternity clients in all trimesters of pregnancy. She has taught in both local FE college and in private training schools for over 15 years and is currently involved in reflexology training and education activities along with supporting reflexologists with their practice.
